We absolutely loved this hotel! The best aspects were location, hotel facilities, cleanliness, and value for money. The hotel is located in a bustling area with plenty of shops, restaurants, and markets around the corner. It was easy to get around this city from the hotel as transportation options were close by. The hotel facilities were great, and we appreciated the little amenities such as tea and toothbrushes. The cleanliness was exceptional, and we felt comfortable during our entire stay. And did we mention that it was great value for money? We were pleasantly surprised by how affordable it was.
There was nothing we didn't like.

Great location, close to shops and restaurants. The decorations around the hotel were nice, and the room had some amenities like tea and toothbrushes which were useful. , the price was quite affordable.
My main issue was the lack of English-speaking staff. It made communication difficult, especially during my stay over new year when there were many festivities happening in the area.

The hotel is nicely decorated and offers little amenities such as tea, teeth brushes and plug adaptors. the great location is the highlight of this hotel, with all shops, restaurants, ATMs and markets just around the corner. the room is good enough for a solo traveler, but quite small, and the bathroom could use some improvements.
It's unfortunate that there is a language barrier at the reception, which is a common issue across the area.

Spent my New Year's eve at a hotel in Haikou and I will definitely say it was an experience worth remembering. the location was amazing, it was right in the middle of all the hustle and bustle of the city and all the shops, restaurants and markets were just a hop, skip and a jump away. the hotel had some great decoration which really gave it a warm and welcoming feel. Lastly, the hotel offered some really nice amenities such as tea, toothbrushes and adaptors which really helped me cut down on my packing.
Trying to communicate with them was just too frustrating and time-consuming.
